About WAR

A sulfur export operation built on the ground, not just on paper.

We handle the full chain — bagging, loading, freight, and port handling — so our buyers deal with one team instead of five. From bulk stockpiles to container-ready bags, every shipment moves under our own supervision from yard to vessel.

What We Do

One chain of custody, both directions.

01

Export & Import

Sulfur exported, fertilizer-grade urea imported — both handled end to end.

02

Bulk Bagging

1000kg bulk bags packed and labeled to buyer specification.

03

Loading & Handling

Forklift loading, yard staging, and container/truck stuffing on site.

04

Freight & Shipping

Land and sea freight coordinated through to port and vessel loading.

05

Quality Control

Grading and inspection before every shipment leaves the yard.

Products

Export and import lines, each handled start to finish by our own team.

Why Choose WAR

Fewer hands on your cargo, fewer things that go wrong.

Most trading houses broker the deal and hand off logistics to someone else. We don't — the same team that quotes your order supervises it in the yard and signs off on it at the port.

01

One Team, Not Five

Sourcing, bagging, loading, and freight are handled in-house — no third-party handoffs between the yard and the vessel.

02

Own Yard Supervision

Every shipment is graded, weighed, and loaded under our own supervision, not left to a subcontractor.

03

5+ Years, Regional Reach

Established trading relationships across Iraq, Turkey, and beyond — routes and paperwork we already know cold.

04

Documentation Done Right

COA, packing lists, and hazard paperwork prepared correctly the first time — no delays at the border.

Our Process

From inquiry to delivered container.

The same five steps, every order — so you always know where your shipment stands.

1

Inquiry & Quote

Tell us the product, volume, and destination — we return pricing and lead time within 24–48 hours.

2

Sample & Agreement

Samples and specs confirmed, then terms locked in — Incoterms, payment method, and packaging spelled out up front.

3

Grading & Bagging

Product graded and packed to spec in our yard, with quality checks before anything is staged for loading.

4

Loading & Freight

Container or truck stuffing on site, freight booked, and full documentation prepared for customs and port handling.

5

Delivery & Confirmation

Shipment tracked to port or destination, with confirmation and documents sent as soon as it's handed off.

Compliance & Documentation

Paperwork that clears customs the first time.

Hazardous cargo like sulfuric acid ships under proper UN classification — every order leaves with the documents a buyer's customs desk actually needs.

COA

Certificate of Analysis

Grading results issued per shipment so buyers can verify purity and spec before the container leaves.

COO

Certificate of Origin

Origin documentation prepared to match destination customs requirements.

PL / INV

Packing List & Invoice

Full commercial documentation set — packing list, invoice, and Incoterm-specific paperwork — ready before dispatch.

Facility & Operations

Inside the yard.

Stockpiling, bagging, and staging — the stages every shipment passes through before it leaves.

FAQ

Common questions from buyers.

What's the minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by product — typically one truckload or one 20ft/40ft container. Tell us your target volume and we'll confirm what's workable.

What are your typical lead times?

Most orders move within 1–3 weeks of confirmed terms, depending on product, volume, and destination route.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T advance and Letter of Credit are both standard. Terms are agreed per order, particularly for first-time buyers.

What Incoterms do you ship under?

FOB and CIF are most common; EXW and CFR can be arranged depending on route and buyer preference.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes — samples are available for all export products so you can verify grade and spec before committing to volume.

Which countries do you currently ship to?

Iraq, Turkey, and destinations across the wider region — see our trade routes below, or ask if your destination isn't listed.
